What you'll own

In pharmacy, trust is the product, and it's earned at the counter. A customer trusts us with their

medicine cabinet before they trust us with anything else. You'll run the pharmacy counter at one of

our stores, and you'll be the last check before a medicine reaches someone who's counting on it.

Getting a prescription exactly right, catching an interaction before it becomes a problem, explaining

a dosage clearly: this is where Plazza's promise of quality healthcare actually gets kept or broken,

one visit at a time.

Where you'll spend your time

Dispense medicines accurately against prescriptions, checking dosage, interactions and patient

safety at every step

Own store-level inventory: stock checks, expiry tracking and reordering, so a customer never

hears “out of stock”

Guide customers on medicine usage, dosage and basic health queries with clarity and care

Keep the store running to Plazza's compliance and regulatory standards, every single day

Work with operations and the central team to flag stock-outs, share feedback and improve the

store experienceWhat we're looking for

B.Pharm, D.Pharm, Pharm.D or M.Pharm degree with a valid State Pharmacy Council

registration (KSPC preferred)

1–5 years of retail pharmacy experience preferred; freshers with a valid registration are

welcome

Strong attention to detail when reading prescriptions and dispensing medicines

Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Kannada, and comfortable explaining medicine

usage to customers

Comfortable using POS and inventory systems, or quick to learn them

Location & compensation

Location: Bengaluru (Store-based; exact store assigned at onboarding)

Joining: Immediate

Work week: 6 days

Experience: 1–3 years preferred; freshers with valid registration welcome

Compensation: Starting from ₹18,000 per month for freshers; for experienced candidates,

competitive and shared during the process
