Retail Sales Executive

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Customer Counseling & Advisory: Conduct one-on-one consultations with walk-in customers to understand their health concerns and recommend tailored product plans.
• Store Operations: Assist in managing day-to-day store operations, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring smooth walk-in traffic flow.
• Client Engagement & Retention: Follow up with existing customers via calls and messaging platforms to track product usage, answer queries, and drive re-orders.
• In-Store Sales & Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, address product concerns, and meet monthly store sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Product & Brand Promotion: Educate clients on the brand’s holistic approach and treatment protocols during every interaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
• Background: Open to all backgrounds (freshers welcome; experience in retail, hospitality, aviation, or customer service is a plus).
• Grooming: Well-groomed and presentable appearance for a client-facing role.
• Communication: Clear English and Hindi (local language/Kannada is a plus).
• Work Schedule: Comfortable with rotational shifts, closing shifts, and 1 rotational week-off (working weekends).
