Retail Sales Executive

Hiring: Sales Associate & Content Creator, Ethnicwear StoreCompany: [Earth Konnection]

Location: 2153, 16th cross , ground floor, Sec-1, HSR Layout, Bangalore

Job type: Full-time, on-site

Experience: 1-2 years in retail, ideally fashion or ethnicwear

Salary: ₹18,000-₹25,000 per month (fixed) + sales incentives

Working days: [6 days a week, 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM, rotational weekly off]

Earth Konnection is an ethnic wear brand offering [sarees / kurtis / lehengas / suit sets / festive wear] in HSR Layout. We're looking for a confident, fashion-aware person to join our store team and help us grow in-store and online.

Key responsibilities:

Sales and customer service

• Welcome customers and understand their needs, occasion and budget
• Suggest suitable fabrics, styles, colours and combinations (for example, kurta + dupatta + bottom)
• Explain fabric care, fit and styling options
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Upsell and cross-sell accessories and matching items
• Build relationships with regular customers for repeat sales

Store operations

• Maintain visual merchandising and neat displays
• Handle billing, tagging, stock checks and inventory counts
• Manage trial rooms, returns and exchanges politely
• Keep the store clean and presentable

Content creation

• Shoot and edit short videos (Reels/Shorts) of new arrivals, offers, styling ideas and festive collections
• Present products on camera with confidence
• Suggest content ideas and follow current fashion and social media trends
• Post and coordinate content with the owner/marketing team
• Requirements1-2 years of experience as a sales associate in a clothing or ethnicwear store
• Good knowledge of ethnic fabrics (cotton, silk, georgette, chanderi and so on), styles and current trends
• Good communication in [Kannada / Hindi / English]
• Comfortable on camera and in front of customers
• Basic video shooting and editing skills (CapCut, InShot or similar)
• Own smartphone and basic social media knowledge
• Presentable, friendly and sales-driven
• Ability to work weekends and festive seasons
• Good to haveExperience with fashion brands or boutiques
• Basic knowledge of Instagram and Facebook
