Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Demonstration Specialist to represent premium audio and video products in a retail environment.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging product demonstrations, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable products, and contributing to store sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate and explain the features, benefits, and functionality of premium audio/video products.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their requirements.
• Deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations.
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and product knowledge.
• Handle customer queries related to product features, pricing, warranty, and availability.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, including invoicing, payments, delivery, and installation coordination.
• Maintain product displays, demo units, and overall store presentation.
• Coordinate with store teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay updated on product specifications, new launches, and industry trends.
