- Job Role & ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in selecting products and provide excellent customer service.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and maintain good customer relationships.
- Promote products and encourage upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is well-organized.
- Support billing and other retail store operations as required.
