Retail Store Manager

Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the laptop showroom.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and store KPIs.

Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.

Allocate daily responsibilities and ensure proper staff utilization.

Attend to customers, understand their requirements, and ensure a positive buying experience.

Provide product demonstrations and assist the team in explaining laptop specifications, features, accessories, and offers.

Monitor sales conversion, average billing value, product mix, and individual employee performance.

Ensure proper display and visual merchandising of laptops and accessories.

Maintain accurate stock and ensure proper inward/outward movement of products.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and report discrepancies immediately.

Coordinate with the service, inventory, accounts, and management teams whenever required.

Ensure proper billing, documentation, cash handling, and adherence to company processes.

Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and maintained according to company standards.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and operational reports.

Ensure adherence to company policies, attendance, grooming, discipline, and SOPs.

Train new sales executives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company processes.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.

Ensure security of company assets, products, and showroom property.

Handle any other store-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
