Job Description
As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, effectively manage sales, marketing, and administrative functions, and drive the team to achieve sales, profitability, and ROI targets. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of customer centricity, operational excellence, and employee engagement.
- Sales Planning: Collaborate with the ABM and Business Associate to create and execute Annual Business Plans that drive year-on-year growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly review the financial performance of the store against targets, develop corrective measures to ensure successful implementation.
- Retail Operations: Manage stock levels and inventory, ensuring alignment with customer preferences and market trends.
Manage the store operations in the store in coordination with all the relevant stakeholders
· Retail Marketing: Develop and execute store-level marketing plans and promotions.
· Scheme Rollout: Drive the timely implementation of loyalty schemes and promotional campaigns.
