• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and guide retail staff to achieve daily sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Monitor store operations, merchandising, and product availability.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
• Train, motivate, and develop team members for better performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with store management for promotions and sales activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly store performance reports.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational standards.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profitability goals.
• Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in retail operations, supermarkets, FMCG, or grocery stores.
• Prior experience in team handling and shift management.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and customer service.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and retail reporting.
