RO Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION –

DRINKPRIME TECHNICIAN

Job Description:

We are looking for Technicians to install, service, repair, and maintain RO water purifiers at customer locations. Candidates will be responsible for visiting assigned locations, completing installations and service requests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring proper functioning of the RO system.

Responsibilities:

● Install and replace RO water purifiers at customer premises.

● Perform servicing, repair, and basic troubleshooting of RO systems.

● Diagnose issues related to water flow, filters, electrical components, leakage, etc.

● Visit assigned customer locations as per schedule.

● Candidates will be assigned approximately 8–10 orders per day.

● Each task is expected to take approximately 40–50 minutes at maximum, depending on the service requirement.

● Complete a minimum of 8 orders per day.

● Ensure timely completion of installation and service tasks.

● Update service and installation status through the mobile app or reporting system.

● Maintain professional communication and ensure good customer experience.

Eligibility: ● 10th pass, 12th Pass, ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification preferred.

● Freshers with basic knowledge of RO installation/repair can apply.

● Candidates with experience in RO, water purifier, electrical, plumbing, appliance servicing, or related technician work are preferred.

● Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing work is preferred.

● Must own a smartphone.

● Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.

● Good communication and customer-handling skills.

● Willingness to travel to customer locations.
