Job Summary

Responsible for handling banquet enquiries, generating business through customer follow-ups, coordinating event bookings and ensuring smooth event execution with excellent guest service.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Handle incoming banquet enquiries, bookings and customer reservations.
2. Make follow-up calls to prospective customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
3. Understand client requirements and coordinate weddings, corporate events, parties and celebrations.
4. Coordinate with kitchen, service, housekeeping and maintenance teams.
5. Plan event schedules, seating arrangements and banquet hall layouts.
6. Ensure timely hall setup, food arrangements and event readiness.
7. Handle guest requests, complaints and last-minute changes.
8. Coordinate advance payments, billing and final settlements.
9. Maintain enquiry records, booking details and customer feedback.
10. Ensure cleanliness, presentation and hospitality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality.
• 2–4 years of experience in banquet operations, sales or hospitality.
• Good sales experience with strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Enthusiastic about business development, customer follow-ups and achieving booking targets.
• Ability to convert customer enquiries into confirmed business.
• Strong coordination, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of banquet operations and billing.
