JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position:Sales Engineer

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Engineering

Locations: Bangalore/ Bhopal/ Indore/ Raipur/ Pune/ Nagpur/ Kerala/ Chennai

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong knowledge of company products, features, and applications.
• Understand customer requirements and provide effective technical solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, hospitals, and business partners.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on safe and effective equipment usage.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, service technicians, and internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Follow up on sales enquiries, customer requests, and feedback promptly.
• Monitor market trends, analyse competitors, and share monthly market intelligence and sales reports.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance with service teams.
• Manage inventory, product availability, and timely reordering of materials.
• Drive payment collections and maintain healthy business practices.
• Recommend product improvements based on customer feedback and market requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Mandatory RequirementsMinimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.
• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Engineering.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and field sales activities.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and develop customer relationships.
