Job Description:

Eleminta Interiors is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, client handling, lead follow-ups, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and connect with potential clients.
• Understand clients’ home interior requirements, preferences, and budgets.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
• Schedule client visits to the experience centre.
• Coordinate with the design team to understand client requirements and prepare quotations.
• Present proposals, negotiate, and close sales.
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain lead records in the CRM.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in interiors, real estate, or a related industry.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and confident in handling customers.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is an advantage.
