Monthly Gross Salary: ₹20,000

Monthly Incentives: ₹3,000–₹5,000

Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to promote and sell River electric vehicles. The selected candidates will handle showroom visitors, generate leads through field activities, explain vehicle features, and convert prospective customers into buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

Explain the features, specifications, pricing, and benefits of River electric vehicles.

Generate leads through field visits, customer referrals, and local promotional activities.

Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test rides according to dealership procedures.

Follow up with prospective customers through calls and messages.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models.

Explain available financing options and assist with purchase-related queries.

Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and sales leads.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to dealership performance.

Coordinate with the back-office team to facilitate documentation and vehicle delivery.

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably automobile sales.

Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.

Customer-oriented attitude and willingness to learn about electric vehicles.

Ability to work towards sales targets.

Willingness to participate in field marketing, customer visits, and promotional events.

Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
