Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for dynamic, confident and target-oriented Sales Executives to generate leads, pitch residential properties over calls, schedule customer meetings and site visits, and drive successful deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
Generate potential customer leads through outbound calling.
Make 300–400 outbound calls daily to prospective buyers and investors.
Understand customer requirements, budgets and location preferences.
Pitch suitable residential projects and communicate their USPs.
Generate qualified meetings and schedule property site visits.
Follow up with prospects and convert interested customers into bookings.
Maintain accurate lead records and daily calling reports.
Achieve assigned calling, meeting, site visit and closure targets.
