Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers visiting the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements.
Explain vehicle models, features, specifications, pricing, and available offers.
Arrange and conduct test drives for prospective customers.
Generate leads through walk-ins, telephone calls, referrals, and follow-ups.
Convert sales enquiries into vehicle bookings and retail sales.
Explain finance options, exchange offers, insurance, and accessories.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom performance.
Maintain customer records, enquiry details, and sales reports.
Coordinate with the finance, insurance, accessories, and delivery teams.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
