Job Description – Jewellery Counter Sales Executive
- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Showcase gold, diamond, silver and other jewellery collections.
- Explain product designs, quality, pricing, making charges and offers.
- Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain counter display, product safety and inventory accuracy.
- Build customer relationships and ensure excellent service.
- Requirements: Good communication skills, customer-handling ability and a sales-oriented attitude. Jewellery retail experience preferred.
