Sales Executive(B2B)

Key Responsibilities

1. Broker Acquisition & Sales

 Connect with real estate brokers/agents via calls to pitch Magicbricks products and services

 Drive new broker onboarding and subscription sales

 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets

2. Account Management

 Manage a portfolio of broker accounts and ensure high engagement and retention

 Build strong relationships to drive repeat business and upselling

 Act as a single point of contact for assigned brokers

3. Lead Conversion & Follow-ups

 Handle inbound and outbound leads with a focus on high conversion ratios

 Maintain a structured follow-up mechanism to close deals

 Ensure accurate tracking of leads and sales in CRM systems

4. Product Consultation

 Educate brokers on platform features, listing benefits, and lead generation tools

 Suggest the right packages based on broker needs and inventory

Key Requirements

 1–5 years of experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / Telecalling

 Experience in B2B sales (preferably dealing with brokers, agents, etc)

 Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

 Ability to work in a target-driven, high-performance environment

 Basic understanding of real estate market is a plus

Preferred Background

 Real Estate / PropTech / Classified platforms

 BFSI / EdTech / Telecom telesales experience

 Candidates with prior exposure to broker or channel sales ecosystems
