Job Description

What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to assigned leads and introduce our educational services.
- Explain and counsel prospects on teacher training programs, educational courses, upskilling programs, and franchise opportunities.
- Understand customer needs, identify interested prospects, and qualify potential customers.
- Schedule virtual meetings with the Business Development Manager for further discussions and closures.
- Follow up with interested leads and handle initial objections professionally.
- Update call details, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM or Google Sheets.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead qualification targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience in sales
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with strong follow-up and negotiation techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, email communication, and Google Sheets.
