Job Description 

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to support our growing biotechnology company. This role position will contribute to building a strong brand and market presence, while managing essential sales and Marketing functions to be a part of a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will understand both the professional culture of the biotech sector and the science-driven customer landscape. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

1. Meeting customers, lead generation & closing the leads in time

2. Responsible for achieving the target of the customers assigned

3. Forecasting the Monthly sales and planning to achieve the targets

4. Responsible for achieving the Product and Service target

5. Participating in the rate contract & winning the rate contracts

6. Participating in tenders

7. Participating in the Exhibitions and road shows

8. Responsible for the on time payment collection from the customers

9 .Responsible for the collection of the statutory document’s collection from the customers.

  Requirements: 

 • Master`s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences.

 • Internship in sales or marketing, preferably within a science-based organization.

 • Familiarity with scientific terminology, regulatory standards, and biotech industry dynamics.

 • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills. 

 • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Mail chimp, CRM tools).

 • Ability to work cross-functionally with scientific, operational, and commercial teams. Preferred:
