Job Description
Jio is hiring Home Service Interns in Bangalore! This is a great opportunity for ITI, Diploma, and Graduate candidates to gain hands-on experience in field operations, installation, troubleshooting, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians in JioFiber/AirFiber installation and service activities
- Support technical teams in field operations and troubleshooting
- Handle tools and materials while ensuring safety and quality standards
- Interact with customers and support service requirements
- Develop practical skills in technical operations and customer service
Eligibility:
- Education: ITI / Diploma / Graduate
- Location: Bangalore
- Experience: Freshers can apply
- Monthly Stipend: ₹13,000
