A Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve the company’s property sales targets. The role involves developing sales strategies, generating and managing leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, negotiating with clients, and ensuring successful deal closures. The Sales Manager also trains and motivates sales executives, monitors team performance, maintains strong relationships with customers and channel partners, and coordinates with marketing, finance, legal, and project teams to ensure smooth transactions. Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, customer relationship management, and knowledge of the real estate market are essential for success in this role.
