Job Description

  • Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research
  • Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and in-person/virtual meetings
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable products/solutions
  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline/CRM with accurate lead and deal information
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
  • Coordinate with internal teams (product, support, finance) to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads
