Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities 

∙Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, calls, references, networking, and online channels.  

∙Visit apartment associations, residential communities, commercial establishments, offices, and other potential clients.  

∙Introduce and explain UFMS services to prospective customers.  

∙Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers.  

∙Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the operations team for suitable service proposals.  

∙Prepare and follow up on quotations and business proposals.  

∙Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.  

∙Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, quotations, and sales activities.  

∙Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.  

∙Identify new market opportunities and competitor activities.  

∙Coordinate with management to convert leads into successful business opportunities.  

∙Provide regular daily/weekly sales reports to the management.

Skills Required 

∙Good communication and interpersonal skills.

∙Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.  

∙Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace is an advantage.  

∙Ability to maintain professional relationships with apartment associations, facility 

managers, and corporate clients.  

∙Two-wheeler and valid driving licence would be an advantage.
