About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
