Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Field Marketing Executive to act as the face of our brand on the ground. The ideal candidate must possess an excellent command over English, Hindi and Kannada to seamlessly bridge communication with diverse corporate clients, local vendors, and end consumers. This role requires extensive on-field travel, strong relationship-building capabilities, and the ability to execute B2B marketing campaigns directly in the market.

Positions: Marketing Field Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

·        On-Field B2B/B2C Outreach: Conduct daily field visits to target territories to pitch products/services, generate leads, and acquire new clients.

·        Bilingual Client Relations: Conduct business pitches, presentations, and negotiations fluidly in English, Hindi and Kannada based on the target demographic.

·        Brand Activations (PMS): Organize, manage, and execute PMS Implementation, retail activations.

·        Market Intelligence: Gather real-time competitor data, pricing strategies, and customer feedback from the field and relay insights to the core marketing team.

·        Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term working relationships with local vendors, distributors, and key stakeholders.

·        Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly field activity reports, lead pipelines, and expense trackers.
