Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 + Performance Incentives
Employment: Full-time
- Role & ResponsibilitiesDrive membership sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, walk-ins and customer conversions.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Generate leads through Meta Ads, social media and local marketing.
- Build corporate partnerships, influencer collaborations and community engagement.
- Coordinate with the content and marketing teams.
- Track sales performance, lead conversions and marketing ROI.
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and business growth.
- RequirementsExperience in sales and marketing, preferably in fitness, wellness or hospitality.
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, Meta Ads and social media.
- Ability to manage teams, generate leads and achieve targets.
- Proactive, creative and business-oriented mindset.
