Job Description
Lead Generation: Find new clients through cold-calling, field visits, stalls at malls or corporate offices, and networking.
Product Pitching: Explain card features, fees, interest rates, rewards, and cash-back benefits to buyers.
Application Processing: Collect, check, and submit customer identity and income documents for approval.
Target Achievement: Reach daily, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas set by the bank or financial institution.
Cross-Selling: Offer other bank items like personal loans, insurance, or savings accounts when fitting.
Customer Support: Answer basic questions and help clients activate their new cards.
