Security Guard Supervisor

Supervise and manage security guards and security operations at the assigned site.

Prepare duty deployment and ensure proper manpower availability.

Conduct regular patrolling, surprise checks and security inspections.

Monitor CCTV, access control, alarms and other security systems.

Ensure proper entry and exit procedures for employees, visitors, vehicles and materials.

Maintain visitor registers, vehicle registers, material movement records and other security documents.

Conduct regular briefings and roll calls for security personnel.

Ensure guards are properly uniformed, disciplined and equipped.

Identify and report security risks, suspicious activities and safety hazards.

Respond promptly to theft, fire, accidents, medical emergencies and other incidents.

Coordinate with Police, Fire, Ambulance and other emergency agencies when required.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly and incident reports to management.

Conduct security training and toolbox briefings for guards.

Ensure compliance with client SOPs, post orders and company policies.

Coordinate with the client management and other departments regarding security-related matters.

Maintain confidentiality of company information and security procedures.

Ensure proper handover and takeover between shifts.

Investigate security incidents and submit reports with corrective/preventive actions.

Perform any other security-related duties assigned by the management.
