Senior Fashion Consultant

Job Description

About the Role-

We are looking for a Senior Fashion Consultant to deliver an excellent customer experience, drive sales, provide personalized styling recommendations, and support day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a premium shopping experience.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, styles, and fits.
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
• Drive sales conversion, Average Transaction Value (ATV), upselling, and cross-selling.
• Maintain strong knowledge of products, fabrics, fits, collections, and promotions.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support visual merchandising and maintain the store as per brand standards.
• Assist the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager with daily store operations.
• Guide and mentor Fashion Consultants to improve their sales and customer-handling skills.
• Ensure product displays, stock availability, and store hygiene are maintained.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Follow company policies, processes, and grooming standards.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant retail experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in fashion/apparel retail preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of fashion, styling, and customer service.
• Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
• Willingness to work in a retail environment and rotational shifts.
