Service Technician

The Technician is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining vehicles, machinery, and related equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation in accordance with Mahindra's quality and safety standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine servicing, inspection, and preventive maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Repair and replace defective components as required.
• Carry out engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and other system inspections, depending on the assigned role.
• Follow standard operating procedures, technical manuals, and safety guidelines.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain service records, job cards, inspection reports, and maintenance documentation.
• Ensure quality workmanship and complete assigned jobs within the specified time.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and team members to resolve technical problems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
