Job Description

We are looking for a Shift In-charge / Operator to support sterilization operations and ensure smooth shift activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check product details before processing.
  • Label products and affix required indicators.
  • Place dosimeters as per approved procedures.
  • Carry out Gamma, Steam and EtO sterilization as per procedures.
  • Monitor process parameters and report abnormalities.
  • Supervise safe loading and unloading of products.
  • Maintain process, shift and maintenance records.
  • Perform line clearance after each batch.
  • Ensure proper storage of processed products.
  • Ensure smooth operation of the facility.
  • Follow safety, cleaning and pest-control procedures.
  • Report breakdowns, deviations and safety issues to the Facility In-charge.
