Urgent requirement for shift Incharge

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

· To ensure that all mise-en-place is carried out as per standards.

· Effective deployment and utilization of staff under his control.

· To conduct daily briefing.

· Scheduling maintenance and upkeep of equipment, furniture, fixtures and fitting

· Ensuring maintenance of all records such as Manager’s logbook, Attendance Register, daily cleaning schedule, Requisition.

• To ensure staff discipline, grooming.

· To organize inventory / stock taking in prescribed manner and forwarding to the Manager.

· Ensuring good and cordial relations with guests to maximize business.

· To ensure operational control measures.

· Handling all guest complaints particularly & escalating the same to the upper management.

· To recommend all leaves for the staff under his control.

· To ensure daily cleanliness and upkeep of the Outlet.

· To assists in planning and execution of special events.

· To look after the jobs of Manager in his absence.

· Any other job assigned from time to time

· To make sure all the delivery orders are dispatched & delivered on time.

· To make sure Mystery dinners audit score is 100%

· To make sure team members are given proper on the job training & corrective coaching.

· To make sure all the maintenance follow ups are being taken & escalated to the store manager.

· Dry ice & fresh fruit ordering.

· To motivate & push his team to achieve shift objectives & sale targets.

· To hire new members for the staff.

AUTHORITY

• To recommend disciplinary action to the Outlet Manager.

· Deployment of staff after normal duty hours.

•Previous experience in QSR hospitality, hotel, or similarly industries

And willing to relocate
