Shift Supervisor

Job Title: Shift Manager – Third Wave Coffee

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Shift Manager to manage daily café operations at Third Wave Coffee. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in food and beverage operations, and the ability to lead a team while maintaining high standards of service, quality, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily café operations during the assigned shift.
• Supervise and motivate baristas, service staff, and other team members.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Monitor coffee preparation, food quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Manage staff attendance, shift scheduling, and task allocation.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage.
• Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports.
• Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen, bar, and service team.
• Achieve shift targets and support overall café performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in café, restaurant, or QSR operations.
• Previous team-handling or supervisory experience preferred.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management, billing, and café operations.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• 12th/Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
