Job Description

Sales & Customer Experience

  • Oversee daily sales operations across both stores
  • Ensure excellent customer service and product guidance
  • Handle key walk-ins and important client interactions
  • Monitor and meet monthly sales targets
  • Support marketing campaigns and in-store promotions

Team & Training

  • Lead and motivate the sales and support team
  • Ensure staff are trained on product knowledge, store SOPs, and customer handling
  • Set clear goals and review individual performance regularly

Inventory & Operations

  • Maintain healthy stock levels and ensure timely reorders
  • Manage stock movement between store and godown
  • Coordinate inwarding, tagging, display, and dispatch processes
  • Oversee store cleanliness, merchandising, and layout
