Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products, generating sales, and achieving assigned sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

• Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and provide a professional showroom experience.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, specifications, prices, offers, and payment options.
• Demonstrate products and answer customer questions.
• Generate leads through showroom enquiries, phone calls, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and other required sales documents.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales records.
• Coordinate with billing, stock, finance, delivery, and service teams.
• Maintain proper product displays and showroom cleanliness.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.
• Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Stay updated about new products, offers, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Eligibility Criteria: Minimum qualification: 10th, 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Previous experience in showroom, retail, or field sales is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
• Knowledge of local languages is preferred.
• Required Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Ability to work effectively in a team & team leader.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
