House Construct is looking for a responsible and hands-on Site Engineer to join our team and manage day-to-day construction activities across our residential and commercial projects in Bengaluru.

🏗️ Key Responsibilities

 -Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.

 -Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

 -Coordinate with contractors, workers, and other site teams.

 -Monitor RCC, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.

 -Check measurements, levels, alignment, and dimensions during execution.

 -Ensure proper utilization of materials and resources.

 -Identify site issues and coordinate for timely corrective action.

 -Maintain daily site reports and work progress updates.

 -Ensure safety practices and proper housekeeping at the site.

 -Coordinate with the project team to complete work within the planned schedule.

🎓 Requirements

 -Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

 -1–4 years of experience in construction site supervision.

 -Good knowledge of civil and residential construction works.

 -Practical knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing.

 -Good communication and coordination skills.

 -Ability to manage site activities and workers effectively.

 -Willingness to work on-site and take responsibility for assigned work.
