Job Description
Role Summary
Astrapia UPVC Tech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Site Engineer to coordinate and supervise on-site UPVC window and door installation work.
The role focuses on accurate installation, quality, safety, timely completion, and clear coordination with clients, contractors, and the internal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project drawings, measurements, specifications, and installation requirements.
- Verify site openings and dimensions before fabrication or installation; report discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate installation teams, contractors, materials, tools, and site access.
- Supervise UPVC window and door installation to ensure alignment, level, fixing, sealing, and finishing meet specifications.
- Inspect completed work, identify defects, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Track daily progress and report site status, delays, material needs, and issues to the Project Manager.
- Maintain site records, including measurements, inspection notes, progress updates, and handover documents.
- Coordinate with clients and other trades to plan installation activities and resolve site concerns.
- Follow company procedures and applicable site safety requirements.
- Support final inspection, snag rectification, and project handover.
