Role Overview:

Responsible for identifying, onboarding, managing, and developing Channel Partners (CPs) to generate qualified leads and site visits for real estate projects. The role will focus on CP empanelment, relationship management, target achievement, and reactivation of inactive Channel Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach new Channel Partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
• Empanel and onboard new Channel Partners for project sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new CPs.
• Set and achieve monthly Channel Partner targets for leads, site visits, and bookings.
• Drive regular lead generation and site visits through the CP network.
• Reactivate dormant/inactive Channel Partners and increase their project engagement.
• Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and project updates for CPs.
• Track CP performance and identify opportunities for improving productivity.
• Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of CP-generated leads.
• Maintain a database of Channel Partners and monitor their monthly performance.
• Keep track of competitor projects, market trends, pricing, and Channel Partner activities.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in real estate sales/channel sales.
• Strong network of Channel Partners, brokers, and property consultants.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
• Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Willingness to travel for CP meetings and project/site visits.
