Store Staff

The Organic World is a leading retail chain focused on providing organic, natural, and healthy products to customers. We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Store Associates to deliver an excellent shopping experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Ensure shelves are properly stocked, arranged, and replenished.
• Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations.
• Monitor product availability and report stock shortages.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing inventory.
• Support promotional activities and in-store offers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.
• Work towards achieving store sales and customer service targets.
• Requirements6 months to 1 year of experience in retail stores, supermarkets, or FMCG outlets.
• Basic knowledge of customer service and sales.
• Good communication skills in Kannada and basic English.
• Ability to work in shifts and weekends.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of billing and inventory processes is preferred.
• Educational QualificationPUC / Any Graduate.
