Job Description: Site Supervisor - Fire Fighting System

Position Overview: The Site Supervisor for Fire Fighting Systems will oversee the installation, maintenance, and testing of fire protection systems at various sites. This role involves ensuring compliance with safety standards, coordinating with contractors, and managing on-site operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervision & Coordination:

Oversee the daily operations of fire fighting system installations.

Coordinate activities between subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff.

Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.

Document progress and maintain records of inspections and tests.

2. Safety Management:

Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

Conduct safety meetings and training sessions for the team.

Report and investigate any incidents or accidents on site.

3. Project Management:

Assist in project planning and scheduling.

Monitor project timelines and budgets.

Communicate project status to Senior Engineer

4. Technical Expertise:

Provide technical guidance on fire fighting systems, including sprinklers, alarms, and suppression systems.

Stay updated on industry standards and regulations.

5. Client Relations:

Liaise with clients to address concerns and provide updates on project status.

Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in fire protection or construction management preferred.

Experience: Freshers

Skills:

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proficient in project management and scheduling software.

Knowledge of fire safety codes and standards.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in various environmental conditions.

Capability to lift and carry equipment as necessary.

Work Environment:

Primarily field-based, requiring travel to different project sites.
