Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute constituency, district, and state-level surveys.
  • Develop survey questionnaires and sampling plans.
  • Manage and supervise field survey teams.
  • Monitor daily survey progress and data quality.
  • Analyze survey data and prepare reports.
  • Coordinate with research, analytics, and operations teams.
  • Ensure timely and accurate survey completion.
  • Prepare insights on public opinion, governance, and local issues.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Political Science, Sociology, Statistics, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of survey methodology and sampling.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Forms, ODK, KoboToolbox, or similar tools.
  • Strong team management, analytical, and communication skills.
