Job Description

Team Leader – Inside Sales to lead the sales team, achieve targets, manage leads, and drive customer conversions.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead and motivate the Inside Sales team to achieve targets.
  • Monitor daily team performance, calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Manage leads from enquiry to closure.
  • Train and support team members to improve sales performance.
  • Handle customer queries and assist in closing leads.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales reports.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve conversions.
