Team Leader

We are looking for a Team Lead and responsible for handling the team.

Update management on team performance, achievements, and any issues requiring attention.

• Prepare regular daily/ weekly reports.
• Ensure the team has the tools, materials, and support needed to complete tasks efficiently.
• Target-oriented and energetic.
• Good technical knowledge on Splicing, Fatbox checking, Wifi installation, managing the roosters,
• Working experience in MS Excel
• Local-area knowledge is an advantage.
• Help team members develop their skills and support their professional growth.
• Clearly communicate team objectives, roles, and performance standards.
• Assign tasks based on team members' skills and ensure deadlines are met.
• Encourage collaboration, maintain morale, and inspire team members to perform their best.
• Good Technical knowledge on Install and configure routers at customer premises. Perform basic troubleshooting and connectivity checks. 
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. 
• Candidates who have experience in telecom only those candidates are eligible
