🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Team Leader to manage a telecalling team and drive sales of Value-Added Services (VAS), including Retail Finance, RC Transfer, and other related services.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage and drive the performance of the VAS telecalling team.

✅ Achieve daily and monthly revenue targets.

✅ Increase VAS sales through upselling and cross-selling.

✅ Improve conversion rates and VAS attachment rates on retail sales.

✅ Train and coach team members on sales pitching, objection handling, and conversion techniques.

✅ Monitor daily calls, talk time, productivity, and sales performance.

✅ Coordinate with the retail team for customer handovers.

✅ Ensure timely document collection and CRM updates.

✅ Handle escalations and support the team in closing high-value opportunities.

🔹 Required Skills

✔️ Strong sales and upselling skills

✔️ Team handling and coaching experience

✔️ Experience in telecalling / inside sales / telesales

✔️ Knowledge of retail finance, vehicle finance, or RC transfer is preferred

✔️ Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills

✔️ Target-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue generation

🔹 Language Requirements

🗣️ English and Hindi

🗣️ Kannada or Tamil (at least one is mandatory)
