Job Description

Drive merchant onboarding for digital payment solutions ● Promote and sell QR codes, Soundbox devices, and other payment solutions ● Monitor daily sales activities and field performance ● Manage, guide, motivate, and support the field sales team ● Train team members on sales processes, products, and merchant acquisition ● Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets ● Track team productivity and take corrective actions to improve performance ● Maintain strong relationships with merchants and ensure quality onboarding ● Drive business growth and achieve assigned territory target.
