Job Description

We are hiring Telecallers for Banking, NBFC Loan and Credit Card Collection Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Call customers regarding overdue EMIs and outstanding payments.
  • Follow up on Promise to Pay (PTP) cases.
  • Handle customer queries and payment commitments.
  • Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

Eligibility:

  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Banking/NBFC collection experience preferred.
  • Kannada and Telugu communication skills preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge required.

Salary: Based on experience + performance incentives.

Job Type: Full-time, work from office.
