Job Description
○ Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and get them on board
○ Answer inbound calls and address inquiries, complaints, or concerns.
○ Provide accurate information about the company's services, and promotions.
○ Identify and qualify leads by gathering essential information and evaluating their needs.
○ Engage with potential candidates to create interest in the companys offerings and convert leads into appointments or sales.
○ Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and leads in the companys CRM system.
○ Meet or exceed set targets and performance goals.
○ Promote company services by highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
○ Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
