- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Explain the company's civil construction services and ongoing projects.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients regarding quotations, project updates, and appointments.
- Schedule meetings between clients and project engineers or sales executives.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records in Excel or CRM software.
- Coordinate with internal departments for client requirements and project-related information.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Prepare daily call reports and submit updates to the reporting manager.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills in English and the local language.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
- Ability to maintain customer records accurately.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
