Job Description

  1. Make outbound calls to architects, interior designers, builders, contractors and dealers.
  2. Introduce SAP Hardware products and generate new business leads.
  3. Understand customer requirements and identify potential opportunities.
  4. Schedule customer meetings and appointments for the sales team.
  5. Follow up on enquiries, quotations and existing customers.
  6. Maintain customer details, call records and follow-up updates in CRM.
  7. Submit daily calling and lead-generation reports.
  8. Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
