Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company services, packages, and offers clearly to customers.
- Generate leads and identify potential clients through telecalling.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build a good relationship with customers through professional communication.
- Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in Kannada and English.
- Confident and polite telephone communication.
- Basic knowledge of computers and WhatsApp.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
